Night Behind the Windows

(2000)

Featuring an evocative mix of film, live action and Chip Epsten’s original score, Night Behind the Windows features the elliptical narrative of an unknown woman’s death. Night Behind the Windows suggests an atmospheric world, where time is mutable, and where the border between life and death is blurred.

Night Behind the Windows premiered at St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn, and was supported, in part, through a Pew/TCG Artist Residency Grant. Night Behind the Windows was later presented at LaMaMa, as part of the 2000 Henson International Festival of Puppet Theater.
